We tested our sister brands · reportpatchhq.com · November 8, 2026
A tools page looked ready. Its tools were missing.
The page loaded successfully, but the promised local tool controls were absent. We reproduced the issue in three viewport sizes and on a separate reload.
Both businesses belong to Tyasi LLC. This is real work for a sister brand.
The visitor impact
A visitor arriving for the advertised browser-local arithmetic tool has no tool controls to use.
What we found: The page returns HTTP 200 but shows introductory text and the paid-check call to action, with no form or button controls. All three sizes logged the same JavaScript exception; a separate reload reproduced the issue.
Handoff: Restore the intended tool controls and page behavior, or replace the incomplete page with a clear working destination; then retest.
Fix and retest status: pending. This records the site as observed on November 8.

What the check covered
Ten public pages and two Client Perspective Checks, including the Report Check purchase boundary and an interactive public sample. Findings were handed to the owner with screenshot evidence and the next action.
Clean, signed-out Google Chrome 156 on macOS, headless, in an isolated temporary browser context that began with zero cookies and held no logins: 1440 × 1000 desktop; 390 × 844 simulated phone; 768 × 1024 simulated tablet. Phone/tablet tests use Chrome viewport simulation, not physical devices. Safari, Firefox, Edge, Windows and physical mobile devices were not tested.
No purchases, sign-ups, real messages or server-side form submissions were made. These observations do not establish behavior on other browsers or devices.
A last look before launch.
