What you buy

Focused Website Check · $50 one-time: one site, up to 5 pages, 1 Client Perspective Check, initial report within 3 calendar days, one retest of up to 2 reported fixes.

Website Launch QA · $125 one-time: one site, up to 10 pages, 2 Client Perspective Checks, initial report within 2 calendar days, handoff summary and one retest of up to 5 reported fixes.

24-Hour Launch QA · $275 one-time: the Website Launch QA scope plus AI-search readiness for up to 5 public canonical URLs. Initial QA and readiness reports within 24 calendar hours, including weekends.

AI-search readiness · +$100: optional with the $50 or $125 package; adds 2 calendar days. Included in the $275 package. No guarantee of indexing, ranking, citations or traffic.

Agency QA Plan · $500/month: 5 Standard-scope checks across up to 3 enrolled sites per paid month, each up to 10 pages and 2 Client Perspective Checks, handoff summary and one retest of up to 5 reported fixes per check. Every enrolled site is checked at least once using the five-check allowance. Reports within 2 business days of complete authorized requests and working access. No rollover; AI-search readiness and 24-hour delivery excluded.

Testing across agreed browsers and desktop, mobile and tablet configurations. Each report identifies the browser, device or viewport, and whether testing used a physical device or emulation.

Each Client Perspective Check contains up to 5 agreed visitor steps. Initial delivery clocks start after complete requirements, written site-owner authorization and working access. One-time delivery is in calendar days, including weekends. Request included retests within 7 days of the report; retest reports arrive within 2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, Eastern Time, excluding US federal holidays.

Payment precedes intake. We explain missing intake promptly. If we cannot meet the purchased deadline after complete intake, we offer a full refund rather than silently moving it.

The free Launch Snapshot is one per agency, with no card: home page plus up to 4 menu-linked public pages, up to 3 findings with screenshots and reproduction steps or a statement that none were found. Coverage and a firm delivery date are confirmed before starting. At most 3 Snapshots are in progress at once.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed before payment. Stripe processes payments and receipts.

The boundaries

No security audit, accessibility or compliance certification, fixes or implementation, completed purchases, sign-ups, real messages or form submissions, or load testing. Coverage is limited to the agreed configurations; testing does not prove a site is bug-free.

Cancellation

The Agency QA Plan renews monthly with no minimum term. Cancel through Manage billing or email hello@releasecheckdesk.com before the next billing date to stop renewal at the end of the paid month. No phone call or reason is required.

Refunds and remedy limit

One-time packages: full refund on request if the report is late for a reason within our control, if we decline or cannot safely do the agreed scope, or if you cancel before testing starts. Plan: a month in which a promised check report is late or missed for a reason within our control is refunded in full on request; otherwise cancellation takes effect at paid month end. Wrong or duplicate charges are always refunded in full.

Refunds go to the original payment method with no fee. Posting time depends on the payment provider and bank. Refunds of what was paid are the only remedy for a late or missed report; liability never exceeds fees paid for the order in question. This does not remove rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Private buyer questions

When you ask a question on this site, we store the agency name, optional agency website, question, follow-up messages and our replies for private service inquiries. This is separate from a Launch Snapshot request, test authorization or an order. No email is sent. The complete private return link grants access to the conversation; keep it private. We store a one-way hash of its secret access token, not the complete private link. Daily hashed connection identifiers limit spam; no advertising profile is created. Ask for deletion in your private conversation. Do not submit credentials, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Private Snapshot requests

The Snapshot request form stores agency name, agency website, the public site URL, optional email and notes, consent, request status and delivery evidence in our Cloudflare-hosted service through Sites. No email is required or automatically sent. We use this data only to respond to and deliver the requested service and maintain necessary business records.

Request status, messages and reports are available to anyone who holds the unguessable private return link; it is not a login-protected account. Keep that link private and do not put it in public posts. It is excluded from indexing and is not included in outgoing referral information. We do not publish the report, client name or evidence without written permission.

Only the authorized operator can view the request queue or publish status and report updates. A daily hash of the connecting IP is used to limit automated submissions; we do not store the raw IP in request records. Ordinary hosting access logs may still exist. Keep submissions free of passwords and sensitive information. The relationship and business-record retention described below applies to these requests.

Privacy

We use business contact details, the agreed scope, written authorization, payment status and test evidence to respond to inquiries, deliver the service, handle support and keep business records. This website's scope and retest forms run locally in your browser; they do not submit or retain form entries. Prepared emails remain in your browser until you copy them or choose to open your email app. Optional downloaded JSON drafts remain on your device. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. The site adds no analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting providers may process ordinary access logs.

Email is handled through Google Workspace. Hosting uses Cloudflare and Sites. Authorized service providers may process the site content and test evidence needed to deliver the agreed service. Stripe handles checkout, fraud checks, billing and payment records under its own privacy policy. We do not receive full card numbers. We do not sell contact data or use customer logos, private reports or site evidence in marketing without permission.

Only provide data you have authority to share. Test evidence may include the authorized page content; use staging and synthetic data to minimize personal data. We keep inquiry and delivery records while needed to serve the relationship and resolve issues, and payment/accounting records as required for business obligations. Email hello@releasecheckdesk.com to request access, correction or deletion. We will explain any records we must retain and remove unnecessary copies where possible. Do not use this service to submit sensitive personal data.

The new /request-snapshot page submits a request to our hosted service; its handling is described below. Older local email-draft forms do not submit requests. Findings, client names and reports remain confidential to the agency; nothing is published without written permission.
